Please note that refunds are strictly available only for items that are damaged or missing upon delivery. We want to make sure you are fully aware of our guidelines regarding returns based on the type of product:

Non-Perishable Goods:You have a window of 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return. This period enables us to manage our inventory effectively while offering you the opportunity to review your purchase. If you miss this timeframe, regrettably, we will not be able to process any exchanges or refunds.

Perishable Items: Given the nature of these products, which can spoil or degrade quickly, requests for returns or refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery. This policy helps us maintain the quality and safety of the items we provide.

In certain cases, we may require photographic evidence to assess the issues with the product you received. This step is crucial in helping us better understand the situation and facilitates a quicker resolution. Refunds or store credits will be issued based on the impacted portion of the product(s), ensuring that you only pay for what you actually receive in satisfactory condition.

If you decide to return an item, please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable, so be prepared for any return shipping costs to be deducted from your refund amount.
