Shipping Policy

Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days, excluding weekends. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.

Delivery costs for orders weighing between 0-20 kg start at £7.99, with prices increasing based on the total weight of the order. Next Business Day Delivery starts at £9.99, with charges adjusted according to the weight of your basket.

Please note that orders placed after 11 AM on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. The total weight of your order, including both the product and packaging, will be calculated at checkout.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver will leave the package in a safe location at your premises. We are not responsible for any delays or the deterioration of perishable items if a customer reschedules, reroutes, cancels, rejects, or refuses the delivery without notifying us in advance.

After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery time from our third-party carrier. We offer delivery to all UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland.
